About Todd-
I’m Todd, the founder of Rewired Recovery, a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based program helping men break free from porn and rebuild their lives from the inside out.
I’m Brown University certified in Mindfulness-Based Intervention. After I spent a year studying Eastern philosophy across Asia, training in meditation, embodiment, and mind–body awareness practices, I decide to return home and enroll at The Brown University School for Profesional Studies. Therefore, my work is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience.
I’ve spent years working closely with therapists, recovery professionals, and mentors — learning what actually creates lasting change for men who feel stuck in compulsive behaviors. I’m also a father, athlete, and worked for years as a leader in business. The culmiation of my experiences sharpened my understanding of responsibility, emotional regulation, and the kind of grounded presence men are capable of building.
My philosophy is simple:
Heal → Rewire → Rise
First, we address the deeper emotional wounds and nervous system patterns that fuel addictive behavior.
Then we teach the skills to rewire your neurology through mindfulness, body-based practices, and practical habit-training education.
And finally, we build a life rooted in meaning, agency, and masculine connection.
The final piece of my work believes in Connection Theory — that real recovery comes from reconnecting to yourself, your values, your body, and the people in your life.
When men feel connected, they change. When they change, they rise.
Rewired Recovery exists to help you do exactly that.
